Detail Design

This project showcases my detail design capabilities through a series of pages developed for a Summerset retirement community. The focus of this work is on the technical resolution of key building elements, illustrating my ability to produce precise, buildable details. Using REVIT, I prepared and annotated construction details to a standard suitable for the building consent process. The drawings demonstrate an understanding of material junctions, weatherproofing, compliance requirements, and construction sequencing. This work reflects my attention to detail and ability to communicate design intent effectively to consultants, contractors, and consenting authorities.
